Proposed Bellevue Bungalow
District
Fresno, California
The Bellevue Bungalow District was
proposed as part of a Historic Resources Survey
for the Ratkovich Plan area, prepared by John Edward Powell and Michael J.
McGuire in 1994. The proposed district consists of fifteen residences on Howard
Avenue and Thesta Street south of Belmont Avenue, dating from 1920-1922. These
residences display exceptional integrity and represent a noteworthy example of
a late Craftsman-era neighborhood. There are no non-contributing buildings in
this proposed district. The proposed district would include the following
