This Tudor Revival residence was built for the Watsons in 1922. Jenny Watson was the daughter of Albert Graves Wishon, who initially developed the Alta Vista Tract and who lived next door. A room was added to the Watson Home in 1937 by Farr and Son, and a den addition was constructed by Frank Strohl in 1956.
