The Hall of Records is perhaps Fresno's finest example of Art Deco design. Though a very popular style across the country in the 1930s, there are few examples here, particularly of this calibre. It was funded with a grant from the Public Works Administration, and exemplifies the high quality design of many New Deal projects.
