Spanish Revival
Although this building has been adaptively reused as a residence, it served intially as a facility for at least two local charities: the Fresno Society of the Hard of Hearing and the Easter Seals Society. It was constructed for Mary Huntzicker as a memorial to her son Ernest, who had been killed four years earlier in a automobile accident. It was donated to the Fresno Society of the Hard of Hearing in 1938. By 1968 the building was owned by the Easter Seals Society.
