This home is a fine example of the Arts and Crafts aesthetic applied to the bungalow. Character-defining features include the window treatment on the façade, the wood and clinker brick porch piers, the "coach" door on the east elevation, the dormer and porch on the "second" floor, and the sleeping porch on the rear elevation.
