This complex consists of two sets of three single-family wood frame and clad bungalows, and one new two-story wood frame duplex sited off axis at one end. It is a classic example of a once-popular style, in which small residential units are sited around a central court area. The units, which suffered from severe neglect for many years, have recently been restored.
