This one-story Tudor Revival cottage has a steeply-pitched cross-gabled façade bay and cross-gabled bay on the rear of the home. The rafter tails are exposed and a scalloped edge bargeboard provides a "Swiss" design to this distinct home. Other character-defining features include decorative vents, Art Deco motifs in the stained glass windows, and decorative medallions on the front bay and side bay windows.
