This stately Arts and Crafts-style home is the original residence of Alta Vista Tract developer Albert Graves Wishon. He was general manager of the San Joaquin Light and Power Company, and was involved in numerous other enterprises in the Fresno area. Wishon Avenue in Fresno is named for him.
