This residence reflects the earliest development of the Prairie style, known as the Prairie Box. Though constructed in 1923, the house was vacant until 1926. From 1926 to 1932 it was occupied by Albert C. and Isabel Wilke. Mr. Wilke was a Department Manager for the Radin and Kamp Department Store.
