This Tudor Revival style home was constructed in 1938 by contractors Walker and Walker, who are also listed on the original building permit as the owners of the parcel. Helen May Wienke owned and resided in the home from 1938-1951 and also from 1960-1987. Ms. Wienke was the principal at several local elementary schools and in 1959 became an assistant professor at the University of the Pacific.
